Share links and extraction codes are stored encrypted on our servers. They are not intentionally written into publicly accessible application logs.

Cloud Share Links and Extraction Codes

We understand that a share link may provide access to content you do not want widely distributed.

PanDownloader stores submitted share links and extraction codes encrypted on the server.

They may be displayed to you through your own transfer page or account history and may be accessed by authorized PanDownloader administrators for support purposes.

A person who only possesses your transfer code does not automatically receive access to the original share link or extraction code through the transfer-history interface.

Your submitted links are processed to perform the download or inspection you request. We do not intentionally publish the original links as part of a public file catalog.

However, you should avoid submitting private, confidential, or sensitive material unless you are authorized to use the service for that purpose.

File Storage and Download Link Retention

PanDownloader temporarily stores processed files to deliver completed transfers.

Current cloud download link availability is:

• Free and gift-code downloads: 1 day.
• Paid downloads: 5 days.

After the applicable period, download links expire and files are subject to storage cleanup.

CSDN articles and resources are kept long-term. Articles exported as Markdown and resources downloaded from CSDN are also stored in PanDownloader's private archive, on Google Drive, for long-term retention. This archive is not a public catalog: its files are not shared publicly, cannot be reached through download links, and are not removed when a delivery link expires. You can ask us to delete a CSDN item as described in "Your Privacy Rights and Choices".

The expiration of a download link does not necessarily mean all associated transaction records or operational logs are deleted at the same time.

Some records may be retained for security, support, payment reconciliation, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

Apart from the CSDN archive above, PanDownloader is a temporary file transfer service, not a permanent personal cloud storage provider. We recommend downloading your files within the available period and keeping your own backup.

How We Share Information With Service Providers

To operate PanDownloader, limited information may be processed by third-party providers. These providers have different roles in delivering the service.

1. Baidu Netdisk and Quark Cloud

When you request a transfer, PanDownloader communicates with the relevant cloud storage platform to inspect or retrieve the content.

The provider may process the requested share URL, extraction code, and related access information as part of that operation.

2. CSDN

For supported CSDN resources and articles, the service communicates with CSDN as necessary to inspect and process eligible content.

Restricted content is processed only when the required authorization and any necessary payment are in place.

3. Cloudflare and Cloudflare R2

PanDownloader uses Cloudflare-related infrastructure for website delivery, security, and cloud file storage or delivery.

Cloudflare may process network and request data required to provide these services. Completed cloud downloads may be temporarily stored and delivered through Cloudflare R2.

4. Google Drive

Certain eligible CSDN article exports may be delivered through Google Drive. CSDN articles and resources are also stored in a private Google Drive archive operated by PanDownloader, for the long-term retention described above.

Information required to prepare, store and deliver those files may be processed by Google under its applicable terms and privacy policy.

5. PayPal — Payment Processing Provider

PayPal is PanDownloader's payment processing provider.

When you make a paid purchase, PayPal processes the transaction and may share payment confirmation details with PanDownloader.

We use these details to verify payments, activate paid transfers, handle refunds, and resolve disputes.

PanDownloader does not directly process or store your full payment card details.

6. PrivateEmail — Email Hosting Provider

PanDownloader uses PrivateEmail to host and manage its official support email service at [email protected].

When you email us, PrivateEmail may process information necessary to deliver and store communications, including:

CSDN articles (Markdown) and resources are kept long-term in PanDownloader's private archive, which is not publicly accessible and is not cleaned up when a delivery link expires. They are removed from the archive on a verified deletion request or a valid copyright notice.

Share links and transfer records

These may be retained as necessary to support transfer history, investigate errors, respond to complaints, prevent abuse, and maintain service integrity.

Payment records

Transaction references may be retained for accounting, refund processing, fraud prevention, and applicable legal obligations.

Technical logs

Security and diagnostic information may be retained for limited operational periods and deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
